Paper Bag Bottom Gluing Machine

The ZB80B paper bag bottom gluing machine is dedicatedly designed to glue and seal the bottom of bag from a series of automatic processes of bottom unsealed paper bag conveying, gluing, bottom pasting, compacting and output. With high efficiency and accuracy, it is suitable for bottom gluing of various handbags.

Features
1.The paper bag production equipment comes with PLC control system that is designed with convenient touch screen operation unit. Thus, precise control can be ensured.
2. The paper bags are fed manually into the equipment which is equipped with paperboard or not at the bottom.
2. This bag forming machine adopts hot melt glue which contributes to quick adhesion so that gluing time can be greatly reduced.
3. The paper bag bottom gluing machine is capable of adjusting gluing thickness and position, and keeping uniform gluing. Thereby, it can ensure appropriate dosage of glue and save costs.
4. The bag making machine boasts two gluers which come with six tubes and six spray guns. Thanks to the self-developed motion control system, the glue spray guns can independently control gluing dosage and length. In addition, the six guns support either synchronous or separate glue spraying.
