Our total paper bag machine solutions can meet various requirements of the customer. Different types of paper bags need different solutions.

1. The Fastest and Most Effective Solution
The ZB1050S sheet-feeding fully automatic paper bag making machine is the fastest and most effective paper bag production solution for the customer. It is applied to the manufacture of thinner environment friendly paper bags from kraft paper and art paper which weigh 90g to 190g. These paper bags are used for external packing of clothing, shoes and hats, etc. From sheet feeding to paper bag forming, the ZB1050S paper bag machine can produce two different types of paper bags, as shown in figures below.

The first type of paper bag can be directly delivered to customer when it is output while the second one can not be favorable for delivery until it is stringed a rope handle.

2. Relatively Fast, Effective and Economic Solution
Compared with ZB1050S, our ZB1200C, 960C and 600C paper bag making machine are relatively fast, effective and economic for the customer to manufacture various high-end paper bags from art paper, white cardboard, white board, etc. The applicable paper features various weights ranging from 80g to 270g.

1) As for the thinner paper weighing 80g to 190g, the paper bag made of it is unnecessary to bear too heavy goods so that the paper bag can directly implement being pressed and formed with no need to be put bottom paper board. In addition, when the paper bag is formed, such processes as top opening folding, punching and rope handle stringing should be done manually. (See picture one below)

2) With regard to the paper bag which is made of thicker paper weighing more than 190g, bottom paper board should be put to ensure the capability of holding heavy goods. Thus, when the process of bottom folding by ZB1200C, ZB960C or ZB600C is finished, bottom pasting can be done by using our bottom gluing machines such as ZB50B, ZB60B, ZB80B and ZB50B-1. Furthermore, manual top opening folding, punching and rope handle stringing should also be done after paper bag pressing. (See figure two below)

3. The Most Economic Solution
a. Semi-automatic Paper Bag Machine Production Solution One

For this solution, ZB1300B-1 paper bag forming machine can be firstly used to implement bottom folding. Then, bottom gluing machines such as ZB50B, ZB60B, ZB80B and ZB50B-1 paper bag bottom gluing machine can be used for paper bag pasting. During bottom folding, bottom paper board can be manually placed or not. In addition, brown paper, art paper, white cardboard and white board with various weights ranging from 100g to 300g are applied as starting materials. As for a complete paper bag, the processes of manual top opening folding, punching and rope handle stringing should continue to be done after bottom sealing. Specific process is as shown below.

b. Semi-automatic Paper Bag Machine Production Solution Two
First of all, ZB1300B or ZB1100A paper bag forming machine is used to complete paper bag tube forming. Then, bottom folding can be done manually. Finally, various models of bottom gluing machines such as ZB50B, ZB60B, ZB80B and ZB50B-1 can be used for paper bag bottom gluing. Furthermore, in order to obtain a complete paper bag, such processes as manual top opening folding, punching and rope handle stringing should continue to be done after bottom sealing.
