The wage of our installation engineer and transportation fee from factory to airport are assumed by ZENBO while the customer only need to be responsible for the cost of eating and living, airline tickets, as well as visa, etc. Working time of the engineer is 8 hours per day.

As for the customers who require two or more times of maintenance training service, they should pay 100 US dollars per day to our engineer. And, they also bear all the costs of air tickets, accommodation, and visa, etc.

As for how to get quick-wear parts, our company offers user-friendly solutions. That is, if only customers tell us serial number of the worn part under warranty, they can obtain a new one freely from us. If beyond warranty, purchase of the wearing parts is also available.
